A standing company commitmentFlorida homeowners who are low-income, on a fixed income, or elderly often run into the same routine barrier: the cost of a 4-Point or Wind Mitigation inspection standing between them and the insurance coverage their home needs. Inspector Network is building a lasting way to close that gap.
Visit FreeInsuranceInspections.comIn Florida, a 4-Point or Wind Mitigation inspection is often required before an insurer will write or renew a policy. For a homeowner on a fixed income, an inspection fee can be enough to delay coverage altogether—not because the home isn’t insurable, but because the paperwork to prove it costs money they don’t have to spare.
Inspector Network was built by people who do inspection work for a living. We see this cost barrier come up in the field, not in a spreadsheet, and we think a network of working inspectors is well positioned to do something about it.
“We picked one specific, well-defined barrier we could actually do something about—the cost of the inspection—and we’re removing it.”
This isn’t volunteer work. Inspectors who complete a 4-Point or Wind Mitigation inspection through the program are paid a pre-negotiated rate, funded through three combined sources.
